The Cressida AS Lady trekking poles will support you on your next fell and mountain hike!
Its Antishock variant ensures a reduction of impact forces and thus relieves muscles, joints and ligaments
Equipped with the Aergon Air Compact Grip which is 12% shorter in the more compact version and, as such, fits smaller hands perfectly
The hollow core technology combines lightweight construction with large, supportive surfaces to meet all ergonomic needs
The rubberised grip head of the Aergon Air provides maximum stability when going downhill, and the Speed Lock 2 plus allows you to adjust the Cressida AS in seconds
The grip is the link between the hand and the pole and is therefore one of the most important components for power transfer, safety, comfort, lightness and durability
With the Aergon Air we developed a grip system that offers you the best of all these components

Dynamic Suspension System, DSS:
The Dynamic Suspension System is a vibration-absorbing construction made of elastomer material.
According to a study by the University of Tübingen in Germany, it reduces the impact force by approx. 40%, thereby relieving the musculature, joints, and tendons
The damping also makes it easier to control the use of the pole.

ALL LEKI trekking poles, regardless of their construction or appearance, offer the same set of benefits, including:
Increased comfort: an upright posture and weight distribution to the arms and legs relieves the load on the joints, muscles, tendons and spinal column
Increased endurance: greater performance capability, since each muscle is placed under reduced strain, on account of the four-point load distribution
Improved safety and stability: the additional ground contact improves safety and stability on uneven terrain
Increased speed/distance: by using the poles to push you forwards, you will cover the ground quicker, with less perceived effort, perhaps enabling you to walk further
