Patterdale is a small village near the foot of Ullswater and a popular area for walkers for Helvellyn and the surrounding fells and peaks
This is the map for Helvellyn and tackling the (In)famous Striding Edge, a classic Grade 1 scramble in the Lake District
Helvellyn is  the highest point of the Helvellyn range, a north–south line of mountains to the north of Ambleside, between the lakes of Thirlmere and Ullswater
Haweswater is a reservoir built in the valley of Mardale, causing controversy when it was built in 1929
It is now one of the largest lakes at 4 miles long and 1/2 mile wide, and has a maximum depth of 200 feet . It is the most easterly of the lakes

Orders placed BEFORE 1pm on days we are open will be dispatched the same day, usually by Royal Mail or occasionally by Courier and will require a signature. Any Next Day orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note any orders placed AFTER 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
