Shipping & Delivery

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and will be shipped to reach you within 3 working days, and must be signed for. Larger / more expensive items may be sent, at our discretion, using FedEx UK's Next Day Delivery Service and must be signed for. Orders placed before 2pm. will be dispatched the same day where possible. Those received after 12pm. or on Sat/Sun will be dispatched the next working day. (Excluding Bank or Public Holidays) Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after acceptance, we cannot be held liable for any unavoidable delays in delivery. In these cases we will inform you as soon as possible.

There may sometimes be offers of Free P&P on all orders in the UK (Unfortunately, this does not apply to the Highlands and Islands, Ireland and Overseas destinations). However, this offer is not always current in which case delivery charges will apply. These are based upon size and weight and are charged at our cost price.

For orders to areas highlighted above, please contact us first to discuss delivery charges.

Any goods supplied by us that reach you with damaged packaging, should be signed as such. Please try to inspect them in front of the deliverer if possible, but in any case you should notify us by phone immediately and subsequently in writing.

Privacy & Security

Security is a concern for both the shopper and retailer regarding online transactions. In reality it is probably more secure than that done in a shop, by phone or fax, as the information transmitted online is encrypted. Shoppers also have the security of protection from fraudulent use of their card in a "Cardholder not present" situation, by their card issuers. The goods we despatch will only be sent to the registered cardholders address. We also ask for a landline telephone number (not a mobile)

We will store email addresses unless you specifically ask us not to. These are used to inform you of Special Offers/Promotions/sales etc. They are never passed to a third party.

We will pass on all details (email, address,credit card number etc) in the case of any fraudulent orders to the relevant authority.

Returns & Replacements

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, you must first contact us. We will issue you with a returns number so that we can ensure that your returns are dealt with efficiently. Without a returns number clearly displayed on the returned packaging, your goods will not be accepted.

All new items being returned for whatever reason must be unused, with their original tags, wrappers, packaging still in place and free of marks/makeup, within 14 days of the transaction/invoice date, including the original receipt. Once received, we will offer and exchange or full refund if required. Any soiled or worn clothing/articles will not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

You will be required to pay the postage when returning the goods to us. Please note, all postage costs are non refundable. Products must be properly packaged with the returns number clearly visible and sent prepaid to :

Please include your name and address, daytime telphone number, a copy of the receipt and a note explaining why you are returning it and what you would like us to do; refund or exchange. With all returns, we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in a new condition or after 14 days from that on the receipt.

Any items being returned for Guarantee purposes must be cleaned and free of all dirt and mud to comply with Health and Safety regulations.


Simply browse the site or use the quick search, as some products may appear in separate categories eg: Sunglasses. having selected an item, use the "add to cart" then proceed to further purchases in a similar manner. At the end, select "view cart" and check the contents. You will then be asked for details that we require to complete the purchase.

We accept all major credit cards and use a secure server. The processing of the order is by hand and shipment to the address of the cardholder only.

A Contract for purchase will exist between us when we send you an email with confirmation of goods along with any charges for shipping.

Payment for goods may be taken up to 24hrs prior to despatching them.

Please make certain that someone will be at the delivery address, Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm., otherwise the company will leave a card through your door. After two delivery attempts your parcel will be returned to us, which will result in a second charge to you for delivery a second time.

Purchase of Non Stock Items

We are always happy to quote for and supply non stock items at very competitive rates. Should you not find an item that you require in our site, please contact us, as if it is available then we will obtain it for you. The purchase of such items will be classed as a firm sale and no refunds will be given unless the article is faulty.

Description and Pricing of Goods

The prices, description and availability of all goods are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices/special offers at our own discretion. Errors may occur, where prices are incorrectly displayed or change, as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In those cases, you will be informed prior to processing of the correct/revised price and should you no longer wish to purchase the goods at that price, you can cancel that part or all of the order.

In addition to the price, you may be asked to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

We initially set the same prices in both the shop and on the internet. However, over a period of time prices may vary due to special offers and promotions being run, either in store or online. Unfortunately in this instance we cannot offer the same pricing in the store or over the phone.

Due to the nature of our business, stock cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are not in stock, we will contact you immediately before any money has been taken from your account. At this point you can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.
